Cyclone V development kit boot issue

Hi,

We purchased two Cyclone V SoCFPGA development kits, and tried to boot them using the microSD card which is shipped together with the kits. But we met bellow CRC issue (full log in attached screenshot):

SDRAM: ECC Enabled

ALTERA DWMMC: 0

Bad image with mismatched CRC

### ERROR ### Please RESET the board

---------------------------------------

We also tried the image from http://releases.rocketboards.org/release/2017.10/gsrd/bin/linux-socfpga-gsrd-17.1std-cv.tar.gz, but got the same issues.

The two boards have the same issue.

Please advice what's wrong with it, and how to fix?
