Hello,
Can anybody help me locate a driver for windows for DE10-Nano? The CDC Serial is a bit of a mystery at the moment. When I look here (for example): https://software.intel.com/en-us/node/731117 It refers to a FTDI chip - the drivers do not install at all. So maybe CDC Serial is from some other manufacturer? Thanks, leftyLink Copied

I bumped into the same issue. For serial connection, you should use the mini-USB connector. That one instances into a USB-serial port correctly.
If you happen to plug into micro-USB, CDC serial would appear, but that won't instance into a serial port. So that's for LAN-over-USB route. Basically, beware of different USB connectors.- Mark as New
