I have 2 DE2 115 boards. I am having problem with one of the board when configuring FPGA via JTAG. I can configure the on-board configuration device EPSC64 and then the net-list is downloaded to FPGA but cant configure the FPGA directly in JTAG mode.
I am getting the following error: Unable to scan device chain. Cant scan JTAG chain. what could be the possible reasons? ThanksLink Copied

Extract from user manual, DE2-115
5. Turn the RUN/PROG switch (SW19) on the left edge of the DE2-115 board to RUN position; the PROG position is used only for the AS Mode programming. Please help confirm your location for SW19 first. Basically, configure FPGA is at the location of RUN, configure EPSC64 is at the point of PROG, FYI. Let me know if nothing changes. NIKITA FROM TERASIC
