Is there a straight forward way to do DE2 <-> Windows 7 file transfers?
I have some idea how to do this via Ethernet, but figure that will be painfully slow, on top of having to deal with the DM9000A. Is there an easy way to do USB? Our RS232 port is already occupied, so that option is out. I am also using Nios II and Quartus II.
I need to implement something that sends files from the PC's hard drive to the DE2 board, where the file will be manipulated before being sent back to the PC. Ease of implementation is more important than speed here.
