De0 Nano ControlPanel V1.0.3 Quartus Not Installed

Does anyone else have the problem when starting the ControlPanel for the DE0 Nano card it says "Please make sure Quartus II is installed"?

Is it actually installed? That panel needs Quartus programmer, to upload fpga image.

Yes, I got Quartus ver 10.1 at C:\Users\pc\altera\10.1\quartus\bin\quartus.exe

Ok, so the Control Panel actually installes a program on my device (and erases the program I alreaddy have + EEPROM?)

I am not sure, but probably it uploads a new fpga binary to the fpga itself. But yes, You can expect it to delete some memory contents of other devices.
