Hi Smude,
May I know which specific Intel FPGA or CPLD devices are you asking for the IPC document? Please do provide the device part number.
Thank you.

Nooraini

Hi Smude,
After checking internally, you can actually use the existing system to generate the IPC report by visiting this page:
http://www.altera.com/support/reliability/environmental/material-declaration/material-decl.html
Please refer to the attached screen shot. Thank you.

Hi Smude,
I have feedback this request to the internal team. They are still working on to update the Stratix 10 reports since there are many Stratix 10 part numbers thus it will take time.
Regards.

Hi Smude,
Greeting to you too. Have you tried to check from the existing system (in the link below) to generate the IPC report?
http://www.altera.com/support/reliability/environmental/material-declaration/material-decl.html
I can see there are already some Stratix 10 reports available from the system.
As mentioned previously, the internal team responsible on this will need time to update the Stratix 10 reports since there are many Stratix 10 part numbers. Let me know if you are still not able to generate the reports, then I will feedback to the internal team accordingly.
Regards,
Nooraini

Hi Smude,
Have you tried to check from the existing system (in the link below) to generate the IPC report for the FPGA devices? Please search using the valid part number and download the reports.
http://www.altera.com/support/reliability/environmental/material-declaration/material-decl.html
I can see there are already some FPGA Stratix 10 reports available from the system. Refer to the attached screen shots. According to the internal team, they can only generate and publish the reports for valid OPN that is ready for customer booking(ready to be manufacture).
1SG165HN2F43I2VG
1SG085HN2F43I2VG
As shown from the screen shot, the report will not be generate for any ES (Engineering Sample) devices. The report can only be generate for valid production device that are available for customer booking(ready to be manufacture). The internal team confirmed that they cannot generate+publish the reports for following devices that are either inactive OPN, ES (Engineering Sample) and invalid part number. The inactive OPN refers that these devices are not even available for customer booking (not being manufacture) thus there is no way the internal team can generate the report.
1SG210HN2F43E1VG --> inactive OPN
1SG210HU2F50E1VG ---> inactive OPN
1SG280HN2F43E2VGS3 --> ES (Engineering Sample)
1SG280HN2F43I2VGS3 --> invalid part number
I suggest that you should check with your customer how did they obtain the inactive OPN and invalid part number devices as those are not even available for customer booking.

Nooraini

Hi Smude,
Can you attached the IPC documents that you have download for the 3 parts? Please point out in the document on the conflicting information. Also what are the 3 part numbers? You mentioned the same part number multiple times. "reviewed the documents for 3 parts EM2120H01QI, EM2120H01QI and EM2120H01QI all these devices"
Regards,
Nooraini
