Design Template for Arrow Max1000

Hi, 

Is there any design template available for Arrow Max1000 IoT maker board? Or is there a getting started document?

You can find example or template for Max10 from terasic (Not for the same board), Which can be used with little modification based on the Arrow boards and resources available.
