I am currently trying to write a program to test the two mSGDMA Controller Cores on it. I was wondering where are the files that are referenced in the user guide can be found (linked below).

https://www.intel.com/content/dam/www/programmable/us/en/pdfs/literature/ug/ug_embedded_ip.pdf

Files like: modular_sgdma_dispatcher.h, altera_msgdma_csr_regs.h, etc.

Hi, The reference files stated in the user guide are ip library files. You may find this in your <Quartus installation directory>/ip/altera/altera_msgdma Thanks

Ah, ok. I am using a Linux machine, so the path was slightly different. I was able to locate the files now. As a follow up, I was wondering do the HAL drivers only work when the platform designer includes the Nios II processor or can they function if only the HPS is connected?
