Does the PL-USB-BLASTER-RCN device have any nonvolatile memory that would be retained in the device after power off? If the device does have nonvolatile memory, can you provide details (type, size, usage, etc.)?

USB Blaster is just a USB to JTAG bridge. It doesn't have any nonvolatile memory.

Hi Kevin, Strell is correct! USB-Blaster is a cable that helps to interface with a host computer to an FPGA. Kindly check link below for more information. https://www.intel.com/content/dam/www/programmable/us/en/pdfs/literature/ug/ug_usb_blstr.pdf https://www.terasic.com.tw/cgi-bin/page/archive.pl?Language=English&CategoryNo=74&No=46&PartNo=1 Thank you.
