Hello,
I have MPN: EP2SGX130GF1508I4 .
Parts are expected to be RoHS-non compliant based on MPN ordering and marking.
When we test the solder ball in our XRF machine, we see no signs of Pb (Lead).
We would just like to know if it is possible that the balls can be Pb-free but the rest of the part is not?
Also confirm what is the expected RoHS status of the solder balls for this MPN : EP2SGX130GF1508I4.
Thank you

Hi,
Thank you for contacting Intel community.
Please be noted MPN: EP2SGX130GF1508I4 is not RoHS compliant and not recommended for new design. However, EP2SGX130GF1508I4N with suffix 'N' in the end are RoHS compliant.
Thanks.
Regards,
Aiman
