Hello,

Could you please tell me if such scratches are a threat to performance? Could they be a sign of reballing or could they have happened during production?

We are looking into a possible shipping issue but we are not sure.

Respectfully,

Arthur

Hi,

May I know from where did you purchase the FPGA?

Hi!

I have to admit that quite a long time has passed, and we simply took the components in this form, focusing on another discussion, where such traces-scratches were called normal.

"these look cosmetic and should not impact functionality"

https://community.intel.com/t5/FPGA-Intellectual-Property/Scratches-and-contamination/m-p/1432899#M26660%3Fwapkw=scratches

But thank you very much for the reply!

Respecfully,

Arthur
