Yes we are using the board which you mentioned.
1.We are using Quartus version: quartus prime pro 19.1
2.PC OS version: NAME="CentOS Linux"
VERSION="7 (Core)"

Thanks for update. But before setting up BTS testing, would you kindly help check whether your machine is supported or not (OS) by referring to ling below:

Based on my understanding, CentOS Linux version is not an officially support OS. An unsupported platform means that some things may work, but others not, and we won't put any resources into debugging or diagnosing. We strongly recommended to use the right OS for Quartus and BTS testing.

how to change the production ID or give any solution to solve this issue
The production ID 0x00810014 of this SOF is not matched with this BTS GUI. Expected production ID is 0x0000ACC9.
