Hi snehal_p,
Although the HPS EMAC supports RGMII(dedicated hps part pin), you can try route the EMAC to the FPGA in order to re-use the HPS I/O for other peripherals. When the EMAC is routed into the FPGA it is exposed as a MII/GMII interface. So when the EMAC is routed into FPGA, it support GMII interface.
Best regards,
Zi Ying

Hello Zi Ying,
Thanks for the response.
On cyclone V board we have Ethernet RMII interface through FPGA IO.
As when the EMAC is routed into the FPGA it is exposed as a MII/GMII interface. So when the EMAC is routed into FPGA, it support GMII interface. Can you suggest GMII to RMII converter ip.
Thanks,
snehal_p

Hi,
Just wonder that are you plan to use RGMII with Triple Speed Ethernet IP?

Hi snehal_p,
You may try with the HPS GMII to RGMII Converter IP.
The IP is removed on all Quartus Pro version 17.1 onward but you can use the IP in Quartus standard version because the Standard version is to be used by Cyclone V and supported devices.
