At Quanta (Shanghai China) SMT found test station found 2 PCS MB which built Intel FBGA AJ43VGV0T00 (IC CTRL(1760P)1SGLF43VGC2AB(FBGA)MSFASN) Look back fail & hang up fail, our SMT PE had done the verified by the socket board found FBGA still fail,so we need Intel team support the FA of them, please help check and give the feedback soon.
