Failure analysis request for Intel part with PN 5M160ZM68C5N.

Hello,

 

This is Ben Wang from Celestica Songshan Lake, we purchased Intel part with MPN 5M160ZM68C5N from the distributor Arrow. When we used the Intel part to build customer product, we found some Intel parts have Bring up failure (shutdown) at the functional test station. Replaced the suspected fail part with a fresh part, the retest result is PASS. We want to return some failed samples to Intel to do further failure analysis, please refer to the email and attachment to handle this request. Thanks.
