We have been encountered the defective chip failure when perform functional and system test, no voltage and clock abnormal found, no cosmetic issue and soldering issue found. We suspect the chip work abnormal, replaced it with new one the failure symptom gone away. We send it to 3rd party do re-balling and remount on a known good board to confirm, the same error following the suspect chip, so we can eliminate the soldering issue, it should be the component failure.
