Functionality test for FPGA

​Hi, we received a customer return and now we suspect the issue was causing by FPGA. We would like to test on the functionality of FPGA part , MPN: EP1C6Q240C8N. Kindly advise whether we can send it for supplier functionality test. Thank you.

HI,

If I understand your request correctly, you are basically requesting for failure analysis support for this failure FPGA.

Unfortunately, Cyclone 1 FPGA is already end of life (EOL). We no longer have any tester to test the chip. Hence Intel won't be able to provide any support for it.
