GE Hitachi Nuclear Energy has engaged Accuris (formerly IHS Markit) to collect Swiss Banned Substances (for Electronics; OORChem), EU REACH SVHC, Swiss SVHC, PFAS and FMD data on their behalf. The information you provide will help to ensure our ability to support GE Hitachi Nuclear Energy to comply with various Environmental regulations.
Please find the attached authorization letter from GE Hitachi Nuclear Energy and our Excel data collection file which contains the part numbers that GE Hitachi Nuclear Energy has procured from your company or authorized distributors. Please acknowledge this e-mail and return the attached spreadsheet with requested information within 2 weeks from receipt of this e-mail.
The information requested, includes but is not limited to:

- Full Material Disclosure (FMD), Material Declaration Sheet (MDS), or other document detailing the 100% CAS material composition.
- PFAS (Y/N),
- PFAS CAS NO.,
- PFAS Weight (mg),
- PFAS Concentration (%),
