GRX350 and VRX300 family details and drivers

Hello,

I'm looking for information about the chip that appears in this picture https://live.staticflickr.com/943/27859849928_e3c90b56c5_k.jpg. an you confirm it's GRX350?

If this is the case, do you have drivers or SDK for that ship. Also for the VDSL chip that would work with it of the VRX300 family (I presume it would be VRX320).

Thanks.
