Generate preloader and uboot

I would like to know how to generate preloader and uboot for quartus 19.1? I cannot do it as before from bsp-builder. It showes me an error and a link:

was the process changed?

Hello,

The entire flow of generating preloader and uboot was changed starting from Quartus 19.1. The bsp-editor command is not functional anymore. The new flow can be seen from the link you mentioned already:
