H tile 100GE hard ip

Stratix 10 MX H tile would be include hard 100GE IP

I want to know if it has hard FEC in this 100GE Hard ip of H tile xvrs

I want to confirm you are referring to "H-Tile Hard IP for Ethernet", right ?

If you refer to the IP user guide doc (page 82, doc history change list)

• it mentioned RS-FEC is not supported feature in this IP at all based on OCT 31, 2019 update

If we need the RS-FEC with 100GE Hard IP in H tile device. How can we do?

HI,

Unfortunately, RS-FEC is not supported on H-tile hard IP. There is nothing we can do about it.

If your customer needs RS-FEC feature then my recommendation is to use soft 100G IP. RS-FEC is supported in (Low Latency 100G Ethernet) soft IP
