Hello, What the lifecycle status for this '1SG10MHN3F74C2LG' from Intel? If obsolete, is there a PCN for that? Also, is this a custom part number? Is this the complete orderable part number? Do you have a datasheet for this?

Hi,

1SG10MHN3F74C2LG is a new product family which is active and orderable.

The part number is a Stratix 10 GX 10M product and not a custom part number.

It is a complete orderable part number.

Kindly refer to the link below for the latest datasheet:

https://www.intel.com/content/dam/www/programmable/us/en/pdfs/literature/pcn/adv1915.pdf

Thank you.

Regards,

Aiman
