My Scenario is, i have one source file and one bit stream file. To confirm the source code of the bit file, i compiled the source code and generated new bit file. Need to compare new and exisiting bit files to make sure that both are same.

Hi Roopak, Are you saying that you would like to compare 2 bitstreams? If it so, you can open the bitstream using a Hex Editor and compare the bit information in the bitstream. Regards, YL
