I am a college student , i use the FPGA ALTERA "cyclone II EP2C35F672C6N"

and i use the Intel Quartus II 13.0sp1 to program the fpga (vhdl) .

but I do not have the license file of the Intel Quartus II 13.0sp1

I hope you will send me the license file of Intel Quartus II 13.0sp1
