How to connecte DE3 to a breadboard vis HSMC?

Hey guys, 

 

I am trying to build a data conversion breadboard for a DE3 altera board. DE3 only has HSMC port so I have to figure out a way to lead signals through HSMC into breadboard. Can anyone here give some suggestions?
