Hi,

Please provide below details,

  1. Quartus prime 18.0 Edition(Std,Pro,Lite)?
  2. Windows or Linux Platform?

Could you please check with Quartus 18.1 Lite on window platform?

Hi,

It seems to be a bug for Q18.0 Pro, please try to use Quartus 18.1 Pro or later version for vwf files.
