How to find MTBF of dev kit' Power Tree

Dear all,

I am working on the Altera dev kit : Arria V GX Starter Board and I am looking for the MTBF associated to this dev kit.

With a few reseaches, I could learn that Arria V MTBF is around 4.10^6 hours, but I would like to know the MTBF of the dev kit for my application (can be approximated for my application by power tree + FPGA MTBF)

Can you give me hints on how/where to find the power tree MTBF or FIT ?

Thank you very much,

How I learnt about Arria V MTBF (without power tree) (FIT = 26.6) :
