How to install a10gx_hostch

With the default installation I was able to emulate over a10gx_hostch.

After playing around, I messed up something.

I reinstalled a10_ref but my code can no longer get device info since a10gx_hostch is not installed.

Any help would be great to fix the issue.

Also, I have no actual hardware connected to PCIe.

I figured, if you set CL_CONTEXT_EMULATOR_DEVICE_INTELFPGA=1 in the ~/.bashrc or before running the host, you will face error in creating context..

So, for it to work I had to provide it with the host binary.

Probably kind of a bug or something. Since the startup guide says to set it before running the host binary.
