I am using the Arria 10 SoC Development Kit. I could configure the FPGA with the SOF file and the programmer through the USB-BlasterII, but the content is lost once power off, and I need configure the FPGA many time.
Is there a way to write/programmed the on-board EPCQ1024L? so the FPGA is configured on power up automatically?

Hi,
You will need to change the SW4 switch to Active Serial Configuration mode first. Please follow table 22 of https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/programmable/documentation/iga1434736665480.html#iga1439496268303.
Then you will need to convert your sof file to jic file in order to configure the EPCQ flash content. You may refer to https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/programmable/documentation/mwh1410805299012.html for more information
