My production found functional failure when we used Intel component. When I contact my sale contact, we are advised to raise the issue to Intel myself. I do not want to post the issue as public information but we need Intel to support failure analysis with the failure samples and keep update. Please reply your comment ASAP. My case number 04965538 has been closed therefore I want to know the way to register the issue again.
