I am looking for a dev kit for the Cyclone IV E, specifically the EP4CE115F23I7. Does anyone know of a dev kit that uses this chip?

We are going to be doing some testing with this chip and was hoping to find a commercially available interface solution due to time constraints.

I think Terasic's DE2-115 is the closest you'll get.

Larger package but should allow you to develop your project. Maintain a second project, using the same source code, for the package you want to use to ensure your pin assignments are appropriate.

Cheers,

Yes, agree with Alex Hebert. The closest FPGA is as shown at link provided. The differences, is the number of package pin. So, you may implement the design into this development kit with limited package pin.
