Implementing small but wide 'FIFO' 4 x 128bits, FlipFlops ? or MLABs ?

Which is more efficient ? area/resource utilization & speed. ?

Also is MLABs 'dedicated' ALMs (i.e. if not used as MLABs its wasted, so to speak) or its just using existing ALMs in more efficient way ?

Any other suggestions/comments appreciated.

If you got M20K it wil be the best. Using ALM will degrade the performance, which is why all the dedicated memory added to the chip.
