Is it possible to provide toggle rates for nodes that Power Analysis report says have indeterminate toggle rates?

There are 37 nodes in my design that are identified in Section 5 of the power analysis as having indeterminate toggle rates. 35 of them are internal to the auto generated (inferred) multiplier. Is there any way for me to provide toggle rates for these nodes to eliminate the warning? Device is 10M08, tool is Quartus Prime Lite Edition 18.1.0 Build 625 09.12.2018.
