Is the DDR's VTT0.6v required to be the same as that supplied by FPGA's DDR4 controller 1.2V?

S10 FPGA DDR4 controller has power supply 1.2v, and the VTT 0.6v voltage of DDR4 particle attached to FPGA controller is converted by 1.2V voltage. Is the 1.2V voltage converted to vtt0.6v required to be the same as that supplied by DDR4 controller?

Hi rwang64,

Thank you for joining this Intel Community.

My understanding is that you wanted to know whether the 1.2V converted to Vtt0.6V can come from other source ? Is my understanding correct?

If my understanding is correct than my answer is yes. You can use other source as long as it able to give you the correct VTT reading.

Thanks.
