Keyboard Numeric pad is not working in quartus 19.3

Keyboard Numeric pad is not working in quartus 19.3,

(when Num lock is ON), under linux red hat 6.

For example in the find for node, the number is not printed when pressed but the direction change is used, like when the num lock is off.

Quartus 13.1 doesn't have this issue.

Do you find the num pad not working in the node finder user interface?

Can you share a screenshot of where it really happens?

As it works for me, under Linux red hat 6.

I not sure if this could be related to the Linux platform. A similar issue was found in the link below. Perhaps there is a solution that can help your case.

Hello Richard,

Yes, node finder for example.

It always happens when I use the num pad (it actually uses the shift left arrow by one when I press 4 on the num pad, right shift by one when 6 is pressed).

Quartus 19.3 is the only application where the num lock is not picked, all other app works fine,

including quartus 13.1.

I've read you link and tried shift numlock, same issue.

Hmmm... can you try reinstall the Quartus Prime software?

Unfortunately, I can't figure out why the keyboard numeric pad is not working for Quartus in Linux red hat 6. You may need to temporarily use the standard typing keyboard for number input.

Now, I can only hope others with a similar issue may have a solution to you.
