Latest Lifecycle and RoHS certificate for EP2C8Q208C8N - Does it claim any RoHS exemptions ?

Need to know the current lifecycle status for p/n EP2C8Q208C8N. Also need to have latest RoHS certificate for p/n EP2C8Q208C8N which mentions about the RoHS exemptions be claimed.

For your information, EP2C8Q208C8N is from Cyclone II device family which is still active and available. However, it is not recommended for new design as it is consider as old device. Customers are recommended to use Cyclone III, IV, V and 10 for new design. Anyhow, the life cycle is depending on its order volume.
