Thank you Aiman for your quick reply. Unfortunatly I am not able to view the Material Declaration in the provided format. I have not the applicable tools to open that file.

Based on the REACH Dear Customer Letter, it is not clear if the articles above: 5CSEBA4U19I7SN and EP5348UI contain or not a SVHC substances. Could you please provide a statment document where it is clearly report if these products contain or not a SVHC. If yes, please provide the CAS number and the percentage content.

Could you please provide also a document that reports the products compliance with the ROHS directive (2011/65/UE and 2015/863/EU).

Thank you for your collaboration

Best Regards

Hi,

As mentioned in the REACH page below, please refer to the Intel Dear Customer Letter for information regarding the presence of REACh SVHC in Intel products. If you want to know which specific Intel products contain SVHC above threshold, please contact your Intel Representative (Sales or Customer Quality) in your region.

Please be noted that Intel FPGA is compliant with RoHS (EU) 2015/863. You can find the related information from the following link:

Thank you Aiman for your reply. May you suggest some contacts? I have tried with some official distributors but they told me that this kind of information must be communicated by the manufacturer.

Thank you

Best Regards

Hi,

I have try to get the material declaration through the website, and I can open the file. The file was send in XML format. You do not need special tools to open it. You can choose to open the file by using internet explorer or notepad. Then you can search for the material inside.

Aiman

Hi,

We do not receive any response from you to the previous answer that I have provided. This thread will be transitioned to community support. If you have a new question, feel free to open a new thread to get the support from Intel experts. Otherwise, the community users will continue to help you on this thread. Thank you

EDMS and PSG MDS webpage for legacy product were bringing down in end of Dec21 and no longer in service now.

We have migrated all the legacy material declaration report to Intel new MDDS page in Resource & Documentation Center. https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/collections/content-type/mdds.html?s=Newest
