1.     リモートアップデート（デュアルブート仕様、外部のQSPIメモリ仕様）でもクロックは使用するかと思いますが、周波数は決まっているのでしょうか。外部から50MHzのクロックをMAX10に入力することを考えております。

2.     デュアルブート仕様でCONFIG_SEL ピンをサンプリングしてCFM0若しくはCFM1/2のどちらかから起動するかを決めますが、レジスタを制御することにより CONFIG_SELと同様な機能を持つことができたと思います（詳細はわかっておりません）が間違いはないでしょうか。

1. The maximum clock to the the remote system update is 40Mhz. You may refer to https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/programmable/documentation/mcn1397700832153.html#mcn1399899988303 Table 50.
2. Yes, the CONFIG_SEL pin is useful during power up to decide which image to be boot 1st.

Is there any way to switch boot other than CONFIG_SEL pin?

The other way is to use the register in the Max 10 Dual Configuration IP.
