I have some problems when using 10M08. I would like to ask you about it. I need to use 1.8V LVDS. I see that the manual says that 10M08SCU169 supports 1.8VLVDS, but it also says that 1.8VLVDS only supports dual supply devices, while 169PIN 10M08SCU169 is single supply devices. It's not clear whether this device(10M08SCU169) supports 1.8V LVDS or not.

Hello,
you can ask Quartus. It doesn't compile a single supply design with Sub-LVDS IO-standard selected for outputs.
If you are not targetting to maximum LVDS speed, you might try to select LVDS IO-standard but supply 1.8V VCCIO. Beyond specification but might work though.

Hello,
Thank you for reaching out Intel FPGA Community.
Yes, as mentioned in the Intel® MAX® 10 General Purpose I/O User Guide, 1.8V LVDS only support in dual supply devices.
For your device, 10M08SCU169, it is a single supply device indicates from the letter "SC". You can always refer the ordering information from the link below:
Thanks,
