Hi Andre, To know the MTBF or Failure-in-time rate (FIT), you may refer to the following solution: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/programmable/support/support-resources/knowledge-base/solutions/rd04072012_59.html You can find the FIT rate for Altera devices in the Reliability Report.
