Hello,
Can I configure UART0 HPS peripheral as HPS I/O set1 and HPS I/O set2 in the platform designer at the same time.
Hope to hear from you soon
Thanks,

Hi Snehal_P
Nice to hear from you!
I am assuming you are working on the CycloneV Devkit.
Yes, you could enable two uart hps periperal simultaneously.
You would need to enable them in the HPS configuration in the Platform Designer.
However you would need to make sure there are no errors in the pin mux.

Hello Jingyang,
Actually I was trying to use same peripheral uart0 for 2 different uarts.
I used loanio and uart0 in fpga mode, this solved my issue.
Thanks,

Hi Snehal_p
Thats great to hear.
Just to understand more about the problem you have.
You are using one uart to communicate with 2 devices with separate uart configuration?
I believe the loan io is used to detect which uart configuration to be used?
