Max 10 Dev Kit does not show up in Programmer after writing .pof to CFM

Hi,

I have the Max 10 (10M50DAF484C6GES) dev kit and I wrote my .pof design to the CFM using Programmer successfully. Once it was programmed, I powered OFF then powered ON the Max 10. With the Max 10 still connected, I scanned the chain with Programmer but the device does not show up. When I hit "Auto Detect" I receive a message "Unable to scan device chain. Hardware is not connected." Is this because I wrote over the CFM? Is there a way to reprogram the CFM back to the factory default?
