Max10 JTAG Voltage Overshoot Protection

For voltage overshoot protection on the JTAG, Intel recommended external diodes and capacitors if supplies exceed 2.5V, Refer to pg 38 of Intel Max 10 FPGA Configuration User Guide. Can you recommend me the part number of the diode which is suitable to be use for MAX10 (10M16SAU series)?

Thanks

In the MAX 10 FPGA Configuration User Guide, we recommend using Schottky diodes to prevent voltage overshoot on the JTAG interface of MAX 10 FPGAs. However, the specific part number for the Schottky diodes is not explicitly stated. The guide advises using Schottky diodes due to their lower forward voltage, which is effective for voltage clamping on the JTAG lines.
