Missing the Intel Quartus Prime Software activation code

I purchased a DK-SI-AGI040FES DEV KIT AGILEX-I TXSOC QUARTUSDK which is supposed to include a one-year license for Intel Quartus Prime Software. There was nothing about the activation code included with the shipment, so I contacted Intel for help who informed me they do not offer support for this product and directed me to this forum. Not sure if anyone can help but I basically paid $15,000 for a paperweight. Wondering if anyone else experienced the same issue with similar products and how they were able to resolve the issue.
