Hi,
After Unpacking DVK, We switch ON the board; we are seeing MAX ERROR LED(D19) blinking.

Default SWITCH Position when we received Board
SW1: OFF OFF ON  ON  ON  ON  ON  ON

SW2: ON  OFF OFF OFF

SW3: OFF OFF OFF OFF

SW4: ON OFF OFF ON

We changed Switch Position like below for JTAG Programming

SW1: OFF OFF ON  ON  ON  ON  ON  ON

SW2: ON  ON  ON  ON

SW3: OFF OFF OFF OFF

SW4: ON OFF ON OFF

Both case we are seeing D19 is blinking and sof not able to program.

Hi

Thanks for confirmation. We can help you with RMA proses. The failure description you provided is too general to understand the actual failure behavior at your site. Intel requires details information. Please help to answer questions below in order for us to better understand your position.

1. What is the failure symptom? Please elaborate the failure symptom in detail.

2. When did the failure happen? How you discover the failure? Provide picture ERROR LED(D19)

3. How did you determine the failure? Please elaborate the procedures. Steps taken.

4. Does the failure unit ever working before failure?

5. May I know how many dev kit you purchase before?

6. Could you provide the copy of invoice that show the ship-date? This is required for warranty checking.

Could you provide the following for checking?

Name:

Email Address:

Company/University Name:
