Need Help, Cyclone V E FPGA Development Board programming failed ^_^

Hello,  

I was trying to use USB-blaster to program the board. That fails to proceed. It seems that the blaster can be detected but not the device. Also I was checking Board Test System(built in software), there's no device detected. Maybe the board is dead? 

The setup of switch is good. The board works well last week. But it suddenly failed yesterday. Does it result from ESD? I'd appreciate any help you may provide.
