No direct replacements available from Intel/Altera. That series is EOL.

You might check out the ATF1504ASV https://www.microchip.com/en-us/product/atf1504asv
which offers direct compatibility with the legacy MAX3064 series parts. You can use the existing
.pof file to program it using their POF2JED tool. Same TQFP44 package available as well.

Really? EPM3064ATC4410 in stock where? I see:

• DigiKey: obsolete, no stock
• Mouser: obsolete, no stock
• Arrow: obsolete, no stock
• MicrochipUSA: obsolete, no stock

The only online sellers I see are secondary/gray market and sites like Amazon and eBay and Aliexpress.

You may or may not get new parts, possibly used/pulls instead. Or counterfeit remarked. Caveat emptor.
