Hi,

When I am trying to program Arria 10 through programmer it's throwing this following error

https://community.intel.com/t5/FPGA-SoC-And-CPLD-Boards-And/quot-CONF-DONE-pin-failed-to-go-high-in-device-1-quot-Arria-10/m-p/546174

Error led is also glowing red all the time so I am also not able to factory reset FPGA board through BTS

I have no Idea how can we pull conf_done pin high.

Hi,

Thank you for contacting Intel community.

May I know if you have refer to Arria 10 dev kit userguide when programming the board? Can you refer to the userguide below?

https://www.intel.com/content/dam/www/programmable/us/en/pdfs/literature/ug/ug_a10-fpga-prod-devkit.pdf

Let me know if you need further assistance.

Regards,

Aiman

Hi,

Thanks for your reply.

Per my understanding, you recieved this Error 209014: CONF_DONE pin failed to go high in device 1?

If yes, kindly refer to our KDB below:

Also, please try to use latest Quartus version. Let me know if it does not work for you.

Aiman
