PCI Express High-Performance Reference Design in Cyclone IV GX Devices

hi 

 I'm trying to download "PCI Express High-Performance Reference Design in Cyclone IV GX Devices" from this link: https://www.altera.com/support/refdesigns/ip/interface/pcie_civgx_avst_on_chip_mem_140.zip  but i receive "Page not founed" error (error404). I found this link in "PCI Express High Performance Reference Design" pdf and I downloaded this pdf from altera site.  please help me to find another link of this zip file or please upload it for me if you have it.   Thanks

That is the same as the one in the link on Page 11 of AN456.pdf.  Best Regards, Bob.  PS: I am trying to get the Cyclone IV Transciever Starter Kit working with this GUI example ..the card is seen, and enumerated but the GUI doesn't have any of the tests active ... any ideas on how to get the GUI to run with it ?  Thanks, Bob.

Also, can anyone comment on then these examples indicate Quartus 14.0 ... is that a pre-requisite to build / compile ? 

I am at 13.1 for stability reasons ... I can switch to 14.0 for testing ... but would like to know if it is necessary ?  Thanks, Bob.

Thus, it is recommended for you to use 14.0 to ensure compatibility and expected behavior of the designs.

From Quartus II 13.1 to 14.0, there is a major change from Megawizard to IP Editor for IPs instantiation. You might not be able to compile the 14.0 generated design in 13.1.
