Hi guys, 

I'm trying to develop a PCI Ethernet network card using the Altera TSE with PCI compiler. 

I found an example for such system here

But unfortunately I couldn't find the download link to get the project. 

Could anybody help me finding this design example?

Please do not multipost your question. 

There doesn't seem to be any downloadable qsys example on the Quartus manual page, but there are some on the tutorial page (http://www.altera.com/support/examples/design-entry-tools/qsys/exm-qsys-tut.html).
